The family-friendly property is located in the Rosapineta holiday complex in Rosolina Mare. The holiday village is located directly on the sea and has a private beach. The resort is surrounded by greenery, at the far end of the Podelta Park, near Chioggia and Pomposa. The facility borders the sea and is therefore ideal for families. The resort has an adult pool, children's pool with water slide, kids' club / animation for children and an entertainment program for adults. The complex also has a playground, restaurants, bars, supermarket, fitness center, tennis court, football, bocce, mini golf, bowling, clay pigeon shooting, bike rental and bazaar. Coin operated washing machines and dryers are also available to holidaymakers. Wifi is available in the resort. A day trip to the amusement and water park Mirabilandia / Mirabeach (similar to Europapark plus swimming fun !!!) in Ravenna is for everyone who just wants to have fun. The Happy Plus / 2207) can accommodate 7 people. The mobile home is equipped with three bedrooms. One with a double bed (190 x 140 cm) and two with 2 single beds (190 x 70 cm). For another person there is a bed in the living room. A living room and an open kitchen with 4-burner gas cooker, extractor hood, refrigerator and freezer are part of the equipment of the Happy Plus mobile home. An Italian espresso pot is available. The mobile home has a bathroom with shower and sink and a separate toilet. All rooms have electrical outlets and all bedroom windows have mosquito nets. The semi-covered wooden terrace with table, chairs, 2 loungers / deckchairs and a grill or an electric grill plate invites you to relax while the children let off steam in the playground. The air conditioning (including and travel cots / high chairs (for a fee) are available (reserve at least one week before arrival). On request, half or full board can also be booked on site. ARRIVAL DAY + STAY IN THE period from June 27th to April 4th 09. 2020 the arrival and departure day is Saturday (only bookable on a weekly basis). In the period from May 30th to 26th 06. 2020 the minimum stay is 7 nights (daily arrival possible). In the remaining time, the minimum stay is 3 nights (daily arrival possible). Note: If for any reason you are unable to arrive on the day of arrival, check-in is also possible the following day (please notify us prior to arrival). The same applies if you want to leave earlier. Departure is also possible here the day before. However, the rental period / rental price specified for booking remains unchanged. The sandy beach adjacent to the resort has both a private beach with loungers and parasols and a large free beach. The beach is gently sloping and therefore also suitable for families and children. There are many water sports available to guests, such as windsurfing, sailing, canoeing and pedal boating. There is also a beach volley field on the beach. This makes the beach the ideal place to relax while sunbathing, building a sand castle or doing one of the many sports activities. The beach bar is open from morning to evening and offers you the opportunity to have a refreshing drink or a small snack. Lifeguards ensure safety all day long on the beach. The two pool areas are both directly opposite the sea and offer guests swimming pools for adults and children as well as a water slide for the children in one pool area. A whirlpool guarantees complete relaxation for the adult guests. Large relaxation areas with loungers are available for relaxation. The pool areas are located on terraces in a slightly elevated position so that you can enjoy the view of the sea. LOCATION The holiday village borders directly on the beach and is therefore ideal for families with small children. In a few minutes you can reach the center of Rosolina Mare, which is perfect for strolling or shopping. FAMILY FRIENDLY In the summer months June-August a group of experienced entertainers will gently enliven your stay. The animation team provides entertainment with competitions, games, dancing and various events. Let yourself be surprised! There is entertainment for all ages. There is a kids' club for children aged 4 to 9 (in the high season there is also a junior club for the slightly larger children). Your children will have a lot of fun and will have the opportunity to make many new friends. A playground is also available. Travel cots / high chairs are available (for a fee) (please reserve when booking). LEISURE AND SPORTS Those who want to keep fit while on vacation are spoiled for choice: aqua aerobics, fitness studio, tennis, soccer, soccer-five, beach volleyball, basketball , Table tennis, clay pigeon shooting or boccia. There is also a bowling alley and a beautiful mini golf course. Windsurfing, sailing boats, pedal boats and canoes can be rented on the beach. Bicycle rental is also available. After the evening show, the animation team offers music and dance. The resort has a grocery store where you can find fresh food as well as a large selection of everyday items. There are also several shops where you can buy newspapers, toys, tobacco and clothes. CATERING The apartment has a well-equipped kitchen with dishes, cutlery, pots and a fridge with freezer. Shops are also nearby. If you don't want to cook yourself every day, you can indulge yourself in one of the restaurants. If you prefer a half or If you want to use full board, you are welcome to book this on site (advance booking is not necessary). In a few minutes' walk you can reach the center of Rosolina Mare, where you can enjoy culinary delights. PETS Pets are NOT allowed. SPECIAL The final cleaning is to be done by the tenant. Cleaning utensils such as brooms, mops etc. are available. The accommodations are checked and thus the cleanliness is ensured. Any complaints will be charged at EUR 50. If desired, high chairs and travel cots must be ordered when booking (for a fee according to the information in the additional costs) or must be reported at least 1 week before arrival (later orders cannot be guaranteed). Rosolina Mare enchants with its unique landscape, between the sea, the pine forest, the mouth of the Adige River and the lagoon of the Po Delta. The habitats of the Po Delta are fascinatingly diverse, rich in wildlife and rare plant species. Between valleys, lagoons, dunes and wetlands you get to know flora and fauna, all of which makes an organized or individual trip to the Po Delta an unforgettable experience. Rosolina Mare also has a large selection of shops, restaurants and gelaterias. The nightlife with pubs and street artists also allows you to end the day comfortably. A wide and family-friendly promenade as well as a park can also be found in the center. During the holiday season, a plethora of cultural events are organized, while fans of the sea excursions can also go fishing for mackerel. Rosolina Mare is also the ideal starting point for numerous excursions to the surrounding area. In a short time you can reach famous art cities such as Venice or Padua. Or visit the picturesque fishing town of Chioggia, just half an hour away. It is not called Little Venice for nothing. Because the palaces and canals with their many bridges are reminiscent of Venice. But Chioggia's lifestyle is much more leisurely. The botanical garden in the idyllic fishing village of Porto Caleri at the tip of the peninsula is also absolutely worth seeing.
